Tracy is the Assistant Director and Strategic Lead for Children, Young People and Family Services with Livewell South West.

Tracy grew up in Devon and has worked in the Plymouth health system for over 35 years. She worked as a Healthcare Assistant for a number of years before completing her nursing training. in 2012, Tracy had the opportunity to work with Children and Young People’s services, which has become her passion. in her current role, Tracy is responsible for a range of services including Public Health Nursing, Children’s Speech and Language, Emotional Health and Wellbeing Community services and a child and adolescent mental health inpatient unit. Tracy is committed to developing services in partnership across the system to enable our children and young people to develop and thrive throughout their life.
