Ros is a Youth Worker with 30 years of experience working with providers, community groups and commissioners across Health, Education and Social Care across Devon, Torbay and Plymouth. Ros grew up in Exeter and experienced the local education and community offer. Ros works in the voluntary sector for Young Devon, a Youth Work charity as Head of Service for Wellbeing and Participation which delivers services such as Young Peoples Emotional health and Wellbeing, Youth Enquiry Services, Sexual Health offers, housing resolutions teams, Mental health social prescribers and Advocacy projects. Working alongside our young people and their support networks to enable them to transition into adult hood knowing that they belong, have worth and can contribute is important to Ros.
